বঙ্গবন্ধু মডেল ভিলেজ রাজশাহীর তানোরে

গ্রামের আয় বৃদ্ধি, কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি, অবকাঠামো উন্নয়নের মাধ্যমে উন্নত গ্রামীণ জীবনযাপনের সুযোগ এবং গ্রাম থেকে শহরমুখী স্রোত হ্রাস করতে ‘বঙ্গবন্ধু মডেল ভিলেজ’ প্রতিষ্ঠার উদ্যোগ নিয়েছে সরকার। এ প্রকল্পের আওতায় দেশের ১০টি গ্রামের মানুষ শহরের সব সুযোগ-সুবিধা পাবেন। এই ১০টি গ্রামের তালিকায় রাজশাহী জেলার তানোর উপজেলায় থাকবে একটি গ্রাম। জাতির পিতা বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমানের জন্মশতবার্ষিকী উদযাপন উপলক্ষে তার প্রতি সর্বোচ্চ সম্মান প্রদর্শনের অংশ হিসেবে সমবায় অধিদফতর বঙ্গবন্ধুর সমবায় গ্রাম ধারণা ও বর্তমান সরকারের নির্বাচনী ইশতেহারের বিশেষ অঙ্গীকার ‘আমার গ্রাম-আমার শহর’ ধারণায় গ্রামের বৈশিষ্ট্য সমুন্নত রেখে ‘বঙ্গবন্ধু মডেল ভিলেজ’ প্রকল্পের প্রস্তাবনা তৈরি করেছে। এর মাধ্যমে গ্রামের বৈশিষ্ট্য সমুন্নত রেখে গ্রামীণ সম্পদের সুষ্ঠু ও সুষম ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা, গ্রামীণ কর্মসংস্থান সৃষ্টি, কৃষির আধুনিকায়ন ও যান্ত্রিকীকরণের মাধ্যমে উৎপাদন বৃদ্ধি, জৈব জ্বালানির ব্যবহার, যোগাযোগ ও বাজার অবকাঠামো সৃষ্টি, স্বাস্থ্য-শিক্ষার মানোন্নয়নের লক্ষ্যে কমিউনিটির সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধি, তথ্যপ্রযুক্তিগত অবকাঠামো সৃষ্টির মাধ্যমে সব সেবা সহজলভ্য করা হবে। দেশের ১০ জেলার ১০ উপজেলার ১০ গ্রামের গড়ে পাঁচ হাজার জন করে মোট ৫০ হাজার মানুষ প্রকল্পটির উপকারভোগী হবেন। এই ১০টির তালিকায় রয়েছে রাজশাহী বিভাগের একই জেলার তানোর উপজেলা। এ নিয়ে তানোর উপজেলা নির্বাহী অফিসার সুশান্ত কুমার মাহাতো বলেন, ‘মুজিব শতবর্ষ বর্তমান সরকারের নির্বাচনী ইশতেহারের বিশেষ অঙ্গিকার ‘আমরা গ্রাম আমার শহর’ ধারণায় গ্রামের বৈশিষ্ট্য সমুন্নত রেখে ‘বঙ্গবন্ধু মডেল ভিলেজ’ প্রকল্পে প্রস্তাবনা তৈরি করেছে। বঙ্গবন্ধু ও মুক্তিযুদ্ধের অসাম্প্রদায়িক চেতনায় উদ্বুদ্ধকরণের মাধ্যমে সামাজিক সংহতি রক্ষায় হবে এ গ্রামের মূল লক্ষ্য। কিন্তু তানোরে কোথায় হবে এ নিয়ে আনুষ্ঠানিকভাবে এখনও বিস্তারিত জানতে পারনি। তবে প্রধানমন্ত্রী পাইলট প্রজেক্টে তানোর উপজেলাকে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া আমার উপজেলা প্রশাসন, জনপ্রতিনিধিসহ সর্বস্তরের তানোরবাসী সকলেই শেখ হাসিনা প্রতি চিরকৃতজ্ঞতা জ্ঞাপন করছি। ’

The government has taken initiative to establish the 'Bangabandhu Model Village' to increase rural income, create employment, improve rural living opportunities through infrastructure development, and reduce urban flow from rural to urban areas.

Under this project, people from 10 villages of the country will get all the facilities of the city. In the list of these 10 villages, there will be one village in Tanore Upazila of Rajshahi district.

On the occasion of the birth centenary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, the Department of Cooperatives has proposed the 'Bangabandhu Model Village' project keeping in view the special features of Bangabandhu's Cooperative Village Concept and the current government's election manifesto 'Amar Gram-Amar Shahar'...

Ensuring fair and equitable use of rural resources by uplifting rural characteristics, creating rural employment, increasing production through modernization and mechanization of agriculture, use of biofuels, creation of communication and market infrastructure, raising community awareness to improve health education, information technology infrastructure All services will be made available.

A total of 50,000 people will benefit from the project in an average of 5,000 people in 10 villages of 10 Upazilas of 10 districts of the country. The list of these 10 includes Tanore Upazila of the same district of Rajshahi division.

In this regard, Tanore Upazila Nirbahi Officer Sushant Kumar Mahato said, "Mujib has made a proposal in the 'Bangabandhu Model Village' project by upholding the features of the village in the concept of 'We are the village, my city'." The main goal of this village will be to maintain social cohesion by inspiring the non-communal consciousness of Bangabandhu and the war of liberation. But it is not yet officially known where Tanore will be. However, for giving importance to Tanore Upazila in the Prime Minister's Pilot Project, my Upazila administration, all the people of Tanore including the people's representatives are expressing their eternal gratitude to Sheikh Hasina. ’
